Let me start with Imma. She has got to be one the best hostess/receptionist/concierge in all of Italy. From the friendly email confirming my reservation to calling and making reservations at local restaurants to calling and having pizza delivered to my room...she was amazing. The hotel was an oasis of tranquility just on the outskirts of town. My wife, my son and I spent many hours at the pool which was a dream for the hot weather. The Sassi and town are so close...right down a set of stairs less than half a km and you are there. We spent mornings around the town...afternoons at the pool...and then back to the city in the evening. If you really want to feel at home...ask for room 114 where you have you own entrance without the stairs, easy ground access to the pool, an outside table, and easy access to the back gate. Good luck finding something wrong!

Great location once we found the facility. Breakfast was adequate but somewhat limited. Staff was very helpful and allowed us to park our car in their lot while we went for a walk to town after we had checked out. Very clean and they have a lovely pool, which we did not use. Could have stayed a second night.
Check out time of 10:00 am is a little earlier than we are accustomed to seeing. Bed was quite hard.

The personel was very friendly and helpfull, The atmosphere at the hotel was very plesant, the room was nice and clean. We like the hotel a lot, it had a reasonable price and it was a very pleasant stay.
Keep in mind that the walk to the old town includes a fairly steep part, we did not experience it as a problem but it could be problem for elderly people. The beds were quite hard.
